1. What information do I need to order prescription glasses or sunglasses?

You will need a valid eyeglasses prescription and your pupillary distance (PD), which is the distance in millimeters between your pupils. We strongly encourage you to compile all information before placing an order.

If you are unsure of your eyeglasses prescription, we welcome you to visit any of our retail stores for a complimentary eye check. View O.W.L. store locator here.


2. How do I check on the status of my order?

Simply sign into your account on and click on the “Orders” menu. If your order is not listed there, please reach out to us via email.


3. What if I need to change my order?

Please send your request to as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate any changes. However, this is subject to a case-by-case review, depending on the status of the order at given point of time. 


4. How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched from O.W.L. warehouse, a notification email with a tracking code provided by the courier company will be sent to you. Simply input the tracking code on the courier company’s website to track your order.

1. How much does delivery costs?

FREE delivery is available for all orders above RM200 within Malaysia. Otherwise, delivery charges are based on the location or country you ship to. Please click here to refer to our Delivery section for more information. 


2. When will my order arrive?

The estimated delivery time for orders within Malaysia is around 3 – 7 business days. For international orders, the estimated delivery time is around 2 – 3 weeks, subject to stock availability and custom clearance.


3. Will I have to pay for custom duties or taxes on top of my order?

If there are any custom duties and/or any taxes to be paid for your order, you will be liable to pay for any fees, duties, taxes or surcharges imposed by your country.

We are currently able to accept payments by online banking via iPay88 ONLY. Payment via VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards will be available soon.
